    2007 210 Tower Issue

We have a 2007 Super Air Nautique Team 210 and the tower also rocks back and forth and squeaks loudly especially when we are going fast. The 4 posts connected to the boat have been tightened and the tower still moves and squeaks. How do we fix this problem

This is a common problem with these towers. I know.. I had one of these towers. There was a service bulletin about this issue and the fix was to double up the nuts on the bottom of the four legs and create a (jam nut) situation. Part of the problem is they wouldn't stay tight, even after tightening them they would loosen over time. The jam nut helps them stay put but it's a heavy tower and not very solid. Mine moved around quite a bit too which really surprised me.

I had a 2008 210 and it was super solid. The kids used to climb up onto it and jump off. Not sure if yours was same as mine or not. Here is pic under one of the legs.

I had an '07 210 for ten years and never had any loose tower issues with it, even with plenty of rough water use. Anyway, this may seem like a dumb question, but are you sure the two large bolts holding the top part of the tower to the bottom part are tight? If they loosened up it could certainly create rattling back and forth.
