This panel has fallen off twice now. Anyone seen this before? I am wondering what the best way to fix it is. Thanks.

It's held in there with these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Best plan would be to just order a pack so you have some around. If you don't want to do that, you can work with your dealer but they're just going to do the same thing. Replace the "christmas tree" retainers and put it back in.

Good to know Charles. Mine was dangling by only 2 christmas tree retainers, but I got it repairs when I had some warranty work done. I know at some point I will need to get into this area on my own so it would be nice to have some extra christmas tree retainers to useLast edited by GMLIII; 01-10-2018, 05:57 PM.

Yea, putting the panel back without replacing those retainers is an iffy exercise. Sometimes they'll hold, sometimes not. This panel is particularly problematic because it mostly hangs all the weight from the retainers. Panels that are perpendicular to the floor of the boat seem to fare somewhat better without replacing the retainers. I always examine them carefully and any that have the "branches" pushed back the wrong way get replaced.
