    2006 SANTE Tower Weight

Brought our "new" 2006 SANTE home Saturday and realized if I get the tower folded down, I can get it in the garage.
Unfortunately, lowering the tower on the 2006 SANTE is challenging because you have to be both tall enough to fold it forward, but also coordinated and strong enough to ensure you dont drop it on the bow.
Any tricks to doing this with ease? Dont want to have to call my neighbor over every time.

(sorry if this is the wrong place to post this - please feel free to tell me the more appropriate location).

It is light if you don't have speakers. I'm a short guy and was able to get mine down by myself...a little tricky and you have to do it quickly if short. Its been a few years since I had my 06, so I don't recall the step by steps. Make your front seats are in securley

I have the same tower on a 06 220 and yes I know your pain , I also found it to be a two person job for safety reasons because of the sheer weight and eventually ended up building a bigger garage .

I have the wifey or the boy simply balance it once stood up and I go to the other end and lower it down. little sketchy until they figure out how to simply balance when up on pivot point but it works well now.

I just had to do this on a 02 san. I used a dock line and tied it from the tower row point and ran it back down to the back pylon so the tower could only go so far forward. It was kind of a pulley type method. I highly recommend using a rope though
