    (Beneath Platform) What are these?

What are the black square/triangle plastic pieces beneath the platform in this picture? All I have on my boat are the screws and some plastic

Good deal. Use some 3m 4200 for sealant

The cups prevent CO2 from the engine exhaust from entering the boat. They are important, so it is good you are replacing them.

I hated the holes in the swim deck (teak) and I kept breaking the plastic cups anyway just from the little bit of flex from the swim deck. So, I just bought some teak wood, and filled in the holes. I figure as often as my boat would need to be lifted by the lift rings, I can take off the swim deck. Plus there is an added safety, now your foot can't fall into the hole.

This might be a dumb question.... but i'm confused now.

So when I bought my boat, it did not have the cups installed and I had no idea the cups existed till several years later. But I had always assumed you used those rings to strap down the back of the boat when towing. If the cups are in place, what do you strap to on the boat?
