2015 G23 Coastal - Need help diagnosing No-deploy NSS issue / non-functioning NCRS

Im trying to diagnose non functioning NCRS and NSS

ive hotwired and tested all the actuators to be good, i can control them remotely with 12v leads, but they dont function from the console.

there was an error in the system for NSS, i reset it, the error doesnt come back, but NSS still doesnt work.
