Will a wakesurf edge fit onto a 2009 230 hull at the proper height?

I just make then out of aluminum bar and glass handling suction cups from Amazon. Works great on my 210 I have made them for a few friends with different brand boats works great on all of them . I don't see why it wouldn't work on a 230.

I haven't had much success using one of these on my 210. I don't remember the brand, but it's basically made from a harbor freight suction cup and a cutting board. Any special tricks I'm not thinking of?2004 Super Air Nautique 210 Team Edition

If it works at the height in the photo I am good to go. I didn't know if the right spot would fall lower on the hull where it would not fit. Started off thinking I would make one but for $300 and being busy I am going to send my money off.

The one in my photo sits just below the water line with my stock ballast full. I don't have any additional weight, so if you do, that would only push it farther down.

srock Check out Nauticurl.com This is the one I use on my boat, is cheaper than $300 (think $230), very well built and the best customer service you can ask for. When secured right, it does not come off boat.
FYI...do NOT tie suck gate to boat since if it comes off, it can bang into the gelcoat, swimdeck, etc. I tie to a boat fender. Most of them now (including Nauticurl) float tho so not something you gotta worry about, just saying in case you go homemade
