Yep... They say they don't have fitment info on older out of production models and I get the sense they get a lot of these calls.

I see...Not really a fitment issue. Surprised they would not have dimensions of their own product. Even if older. Sounds like terrible customer service if you ask me.

They were not rude about it and I don't think others have had bad experiences. From what I understand there may have been an owner or sale of the business or perhaps they are bound by an exclusive relationship with some of the manufacturers.

Perhaps someone can confirm the Z5 for a FCT3 will work on a 200, 210 and 230 without modification to the cargo rack. My understanding is they are both model and tower specific.
