BALLAST PROBLEM will fill but not dump

2007 Super air 220 TE -I have changed out my tank sending units so now the gauges all read full so the pumps are turning on to dump but no water is coming out.. On my old 210 the water came out the side of the boat by the bilge dump. Is that the same for these newer boats. What should I look for to figure out why they will not dump out water?

If you have reversible pumps.....it sucks up under the boat AND dumps under the boat so you will not see the water dumping....could this be what is going on? Vent comes out at side and once full if it overflows, then it will "pee". What kind of pump do you have?
Also, the reversible pumps do have an impeller and they do wear out, may be something you will want to check. I changed all 3 of mine this year but should only be needed every 2-3 years if you dont run them dry often. You will notice performance difference when they wear out and they will leak water out of bags when full.

It is the reversible pumps. So it dumps out under the boat the same way it comes in? I just thought the back pressure from water wouldn’t let it do that easily. Either way it still is not dumping because I can pull it out the water and still nothing. I checked the impellers and they look fine. I also bottom plate off and made sure the pump spins both ways.

Yes, mine goes back out the same way it comes in with the reversible....1 thru-hull per pump/bag.
My next suggestion was gonna be to fill some ballast, then pull boat and dump to see if it comes out of bottom, but sounds like you already did that. Not sure what to say tho, since that seems strange. I would think the pump either works or does not so doubt it would be a tripped breaker and does not sound like the switch is bad on the dump option. If pump spins both ways but wont dump water, this is confusing. There is only 1 hose and 1 thru-hull fitting, right?

Someone else with more knowledge will have to chime in here. Doesn't make sense to me

I asked the same question when I got my 08. The old boats pumped out the side. The jabsco pumps like what you have just reverse and the water pumps out the bottom.
