Have you checked it on a manual gauge? The Electric sending unit could be bad.......

other than that, it could be the oil pump relief valve. But you say you changed the pump? Is it reading the same hot or cold?

Do you have any oil coming out of the dipstick?

I would then check the oil pump pressure relief valve. Make sure you're replacing parts with OEM parts.

Also check the PCV and make sure it's not gummed up and is moving freely.

Did you replace the oil filter with the proper OEM filter?

Did this just happen out of the blue?

The PCV or possible crankcase allows the blow-by gases, consisting of the combustion products and the oil vapors, to be vented. It's located on the valve cover. I had a high oil reading on my old 87' and a clogged PCV valve was the culprit. Might be worth a look. You can take it off of the valve cover, and out of the carburetor/throttle body hose and clean it out with carburetor cleaner and compressed air. The little ball inside should rattle freely.

I'm willing to bet you have too much oil in the engine, happened to me on my old Axis A22. Drain about a quart and try it again.
