    2012 210 SANTE engine problem??

We took our 2012 SANTE 210 out today for the first day of the season and after about 15 minutes the engine started to make funny noises then we put it in nuetral and after about a minute of it ideling it just quit. The engine felt hot and I was wondering if it was because the engine wasn’t getting a good water flow. I looked in the Manuel and I’m wondering if it’s something to do with the water strainer?? Does anyone know what to do? We filled it up with oil so that shouldn’t be the problem.

Make sure the seacock is open. Overheating can also be caused by air leaks, so make sure all the hose connections and strainer are tight, Most likely the impeller is toast and quite possibly fhe flexible exhaust hoses too.

This is dead on...make sure the water intake was open. But almost guaranteed your impeller is fried, when no water is getting to system, it also fries the exhaust hoses cause it burns them on the inside. What did your temp get up too when it got hot, were there not alarms going off?
