2009 SAN 230 Bilge pump not running

The bilge pump on my new to me 230 isn't running when the boat power is set to All On. It does run when set to Bilge Pump On.

I need to try troubleshoot the issue and am looking for some help on where I should look.

First I figured I should try the breakers under the dash.
Next I was told to look at the connection behind the All on/All Off/ Bilge Pump On switch.

Anything else I could look at? Anywhere I could get a wiring diagram for the billge pumps. The general diagram didn't really help much.

Can anyone provide some info on the breaker box under the dash? I have heard the breakers can have issues. can you buy individual breaker to replace the ones that are not working?

Where can I find out the amps of the bilge breaker?

Anyone here know how the All on/All Off/ Bilge Pump On switch is wired? Previous owner suggested I check it but I don't see how the the switch would only affect the bilge pump when set to all on but work fine in Bilge Pump On.

Any other points of failure for the pumps?

More than likely your bilge pump is burned out or the impeller is jammed. Have someone hold their hand on it before you turn it on and listened for a jammed humming sound. It should trip the breaker, but may not be creating quite enough resistance to trip.

If you read the post I said the pump was opperating just fine in bildge only mode but didn't run when the switch was set to 'all on'.

It turned out the issues was just the breaker under the dash had popped. I haven't had the boat back in the water since figuring out the issue so will see if the breaker pops again.

If it pops again Ill check for a bockage of some type.
