Newer Diesel oils - not enough ZDDP

So I just found out today that some of the newer diesel oils that carry the CK-4 designation may or may not have enough ZDDP in them. The Delo 400 15w-40 does not have enough, at only 800 ppm. However, the Rotella 15w-40 with the CK-4 designation does, at 1200 ppm. Here’s my question, I just changed the oil and used the Delo CK-4 and I’m getting ready to take it out for the weekend. I’m planning on changing the oil to the rotella as soon as I get home from the weekend. Should I change the oil again before taking it out, or just add ZDDP additive? If I do nothing, will one weekend with this oil do any lasting damage? Sorry if I’m being a noob, I just wanted to get everyone’s opinion on this since the newer oils are changing.
