Cracking welds on a 2013 FCT tower

I just bought a 2013 210 and have noticed 2 places where the welds on the tower have cracked over an inch. One crack is on the top by the pull point and the other is on the side.

Have there been any recalls or anyone else noticing serious cracks?

Sounds like frozen water. There is a youtube video from roswell with a fix. I had a 2 inch split welded.

The cracks are on the very top of the tower and the vertical section about half way up the tower. I don't see how water would entirely fill the tower.

Sorry for the delay. Here are pics of the top of the tower and the starboard (driver) side of the tower about 2 ft from the pivot point.

The crack on the top of the tower by the light is about 1.25 inches long and the crack on the side of the tower is 1.5 inches long.

The cracks are on the plate side of the weld and not the tube side of the weld. This looks more like a poor weld where the plate didn't get heated during welding so the bead only laid on top of the plate and had zero penetration.

If the cracks were in the tube and close to the bottom of a section where water could settle then it could be entrapped water freezing,

Yeah, thanks. That is bs. Nothing to do with freezing water. Is that a roswell made tower. Probably is. You should send them some pictures. I don't care how old it is they should repair it. But kind of pain to deal with. Not like you can ship it to them and get it back in a week...
