I am having a fast blinking light on my bilge, I read that this is a circuit failure. I know for sure that the main bilge pump works because it will run for about 5 seconds and then it stops. I had a serpentine belt get fried and I imagine particles of the old belt got sucked up in one of the bilge pumps. I have not been able to locate the 2nd bilge pump but I imagine it is in the engine compartment. Any help would be appreciated
