Yesterday I went out in the boat and with the fuel tank full, I was getting the 'Lo Fuel' blinking on the display and the gauge shows empty. After I got back, I removed the wire on the tank sensor on top of the tank and see that I am getting 6.6 volts. So, question #1, where do I go next? Is that the right amount of voltage and the tank sensor is bad or what should I check next?
Also, the temp gauge never read a temp while we were out. I checked the engine and it didn't get hot and I never was able to verify the digital readout because it was only after the trip that I figured out how to get rid of the 'Lo fuel' on the digital display to see the other readouts.
Ideas?
