What kind of oil do I use in a 330 Excalibur.....also what impeller

I am not an oil expert but i would only use a PCM impeller. Order from Nautiqueparts.com.

That Engine has about 4 types of different water pumps.......my recommendation is to pull the impeller first and and then match. I ordered for my 2003 210 before I opened it......wrong part......had to send back and re- order.

There should be a number on the pump, google it and you should be able to find the impeller that matches it.

My 03 uses the Pleasurecraft RP061017 and I ordered from StayCoolPumps on Amazon I think. I would definitely double check first though.
