Help plse 2012 210 start issue

Hey guys, so 2012 210 with pcm 343.
see pic for fault code. Injector 5 cool shorted.
i identified injector 5 by pulling injector leads and seeing fault throw for injector 5 circuit open. Then replaced with new.
started boat ran it up no probs. Did this several times to check all ok.
come back next day and all it does is turn over no firing or starting.
checked I have spark at lead connecting coil to brand new dizzy.
checked I have a spark at the plugs.
i have 60psi fuel pressure at fuel rail static and at turnover.
light test in all injector leads showed I'm getting good pulse on every injector.
so ... I have fuel and a spark.
lical independent marine engineer not pcm affiliated plugs laptop in with rinda software tells him he needs to call Rinda. They send him an update. Still same. I think he's now bullshtting me as he's saying he thinks the dash LCD is interfering and we need to disconnect it to get a read.

so, anyone else had this fault code, how did you sort?
anyone had similar fuel and spark but no firing? What did you do next?
anyone heard such nonsense from an engineer?
any help on getting a diagnositc read would be much appreciated.
boat not pit a foot wrong for 4 years and now we're having a heat wave it's letting me down - awesome! All help appreciated. Peace.

So, to get running again and without diacom, I'm looking at timing gotta be. But crank sensor is working as the fuel relay operates to provide fuel injector pulse. So my thinking is has to be can sensor? I'll test resistance with a multi meter and signal the same. Any views or ideas where else I should look guys? Cheers

You consistently get that message? Did you try moving that injector to see if problem moves? Did you read up on how to check injector ohm reading with multi-meter?

Yeah checked resistance on old injector it was slightly lower than the others, but one bad injector shouldn't stop it starting. Since replacing the injector it ran fine, then the next day no start, I've checked have spark, fuel pressure and pulse to injectors ... cam sensor is my bet?
