Xr550 2018 g23 DTC 111 air intake temp higher than expected, Help please!!

Thanks in advance for any help on this. Boat throws this code after pulling a wakeboarder or surfer for about 2 1/2 minutes. Throws it consistently on every pull, then throws the motor into limp mode. The weird thing is, the check engine light goes out after a few minutes..... bad sensor? Bad circulating pump for the supercharger? Just trying to get a jump on it as the dealers are all closed for the holidays, maybe there is something i can check or fix myself to continue to use the boat : )
