Drive Shaft Alignment

Hi everyone,

I've got a 2002 Ski Nautique. I had noticed extra water in the bilge this spring, so tightened up the gland nut. Without the boat in gear, it was dripping a few drops per minute. This is what it looks like in gear, moving forward at 4mph. I'm wondering what people think about the packing (is this what it should look like) as well as alignment. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It's not the leak here that's the concern. It's that huge wobble. It should not be doing that at all.
