    2000 SN/OB Horn issue won't turn off!

Boat fresh off winterization, I hooked the battery up and the horn would not turn off. I was able to start the boat with the horn blaring. I unplugged the wire that leads to the horn. I hooked the battery back up. Then I tried turning the boat back on then kicked the blower breaker. I am totally at a loss? Any ideas out there.

No, I think the only solution is to replace the ECM. I have unhooked the horn for now. Someday I will have the ECM replaced.

What? No. The ECM has nothing to do with the horn. You are talking about that horrible sounding horn on the starboard bow, right? Most likely it's a bad switch.
