While removing a ballast pump, I accidently dropped my screwdriver on the starboard side of the motor. I’ve tried fishing around with my magnet and only found a washer and a nut. Any ideas on getting it out or if it will hurt anything floating around down there. This simple fix has turned into a pain in the ***. To top it off now my boat lift is slipping and want raise my boat.

You should be fine. After the first ride check again. I've done it myself and those things turn up.

That’s correct on the voltage when I push the buttons. I’m trying to find the relays that actually sketch the polarity and allow the current to flow to the pumps. Someone told me they were in one of the rear storages. I’m going to track the wires coming to the pumps.
