We have a 220 with ZR-6 as of now it has a ACME 1234 on it.The prop does very good for the most part.On vacation though we tend to be weighted down fairly heavily between people and all the camping gear my wife stores in it.We also run about 2250lb of ballast.I want to stick with a 14.5" prop to carry the weight.Acme recommends a 2078.It looks to me that its a fairly new prop.Is there any others that may work that i could possibly find used.

Nothing else I know of in 14.5 diameter and that would make a pretty big difference in your low end torque since 1234 is 14.5x14.25 and the 2078 is 14.5x12.
If you wanted to go to a 14" diameter.....the 1846 is 14x14.25 prop and has been around a while and may be possible used, not sure how much difference it would make tho over your 1234, would probably spin a bit easier under load giving you the feeling of more low end torque, but since less surface area it wont have the same bite and not sure what a difference of 1/2" diameter makes since I have not personally tried that.
ACME has a not of historical date on every boat, you should ask them and see what they say.
