Was hoping to get some feedback on why the starboard side ballast bag is not filling up. Screen shows pump is working.

Your starboard ballast impeller is probably shot and needs replacement -

Kill the boat and turn on just that pump. You should hear it running . If itÂ’ is not running then you have other issues .
