    How hard is it to change belt in super air 230 ?

    It's not that bad. You'll have to access it from Port side. If the belt cover is on, obviously you'll have to take that off. Two knurled screws on top come out and then the cover swings out and down.

    Next you'll need to get a wrench on the tensioner pulley. It'll be the pulley closest to you on the Port side and up high. That pulley is on a spring-loaded arm and it has a big bolt-head sticking out on the front. Put a wrench on it and swing it clockwise. This will get enough slack in the belt for you to get it off one of the other pulleys. The easiest one is the circulation pump but really, any of them are fine.

    Once it's off a pulley, you can release the tension on the wrench and let the tensioner pulley retract. Replacing it is pretty much just the reverse. There's a diagram on top of the belt cover that'll show you the routing. After you get it back on, run your hand around every pulley to make sure it's seated properly.
