Good news, glad she is running good for you!
Prop change is easy with right tools and small piece of 2x4. You will want a prop puller (c-clamp)....much easier IMO than the "Harmonic piece" cause hard to get the right angle on it.
Basically, remove the cotter pin and the nut (leave nut barely on and it will catch prop when it pops off)....then tighten the prop puller as it starts getting tight, give the back of the prop a bang (on hub...I use 2x4 between hub and hammer), tighten clamp a little more....bang with hammer, etc. Should pop off. Does this cause the shaft tapers, so the prop basically mates to the shaft. (you have a "key" that fits in the slot of the prop...don't lose it). Some people use a handheld torch to carefully heat around hub/shaft and that will also pop it off once there is tension from the puller, but you gotta be really careful, dont want too much heat or you can damage something so best to not use that option unless all else fails.
When you re-install, slide prop on while you set the key, then push it back into position to mate the prop to the shaft....then tighten the nut (note, you don't need to "torque" the nut really hard)...install cotter pin and you are good to go. (I always check it after I run boat for a few mins).
Probably a couple pro tips I am missing, but lots of u-tube videos out there that will show you.
