1998 Ski Nautique PCM 5.7 - Fuel Pump issues

I recently had some issues with the external fuel pump, the pump is still good but the grommet for the wires that are inserted into the pump has cracked. to stop gas from leaking, I have temporarily sealed it with "gas tank epoxy". The seal is working but, the engine turns but is not firing. I am pretty sure those wires send a signal to the internal pump. I will post a picture shortly

1) Where would I find the circuit breaker or fuse to reset both pumps?
2) Can the grommet be replaced? I cant find it anywhere
