I noticed it startling to slide a week or so ago and now it's full on loose. I can't figure out how to reach the back side of it. First I want to tighten it up, then I'll post photos for feedback on whether my line setup is what caused this or not.

It is anywhere close to bow speaker? You may be able to remove the speaker and then reach up in there. Mine is under helm (very front), I would have to remove the kickpanel under drivers seat, etc. IMO, should not matter how you tie up the boat, that should not happen. Either was not tightened properly to begin with, or perhaps missing the right washer. I would put lock-tite on it once you access it.
