I believe that’s the fill port for the v-drive. Check page 149 in the owner’s manual.

It is your V-Drive. The "Do not operate if light is still on over #### rpms" will stay light if it ever is too low.
The year of your boat sometimes has issues with it leaking and a fairly easy fix if you are mechanically inclined. Follow this thread.

The fluid should be SAE-30 oil.

I appreciate the responses. I'm new to the boat so I just want to make sure I check and maintain everything properly.

All good info so far, but I got to say is that water up to the middle of your v drive in the bilge?! That’s an issue there with you me bilge pumps not running and why do you have that much water in there?

No dumb questions here. Just search the forums and you will likely find what you are looking for and learn a whole lot in the process of the search.
Feel free to ask anything though if it doesn't make sense. Great people on here that have a wealth of knowledge and are very helpful. Like Homer.

homer12 - I don't see the water. Is it a waterline that I just cant see that you are referencing?

The water is puddled up around where the drain screws out. It's only a few mm deep.

Sorry! Nevermind, I was looking on my phone and didn't see it quite right. that small amount of water in the bilge looked a lot deeper to me. oops!
