Adjusting idle on a 5.7 PCM engine

Is there an easy way to adjust the idle on my 5.7 L PCM engine without taking it into the dealer mechanic. I live some distance away from the dealer.

    Why do you need to?

Boat is idli g too fast prior to pulling a skier out of the water, and also a bit fast in the "no wake" zones on our public lakes.

What is idle speed? I don't think you can adjust without diacom system...it should be 650, i think.

Thanks for the response. Not currently on the water, but will check actual speed and rpm tomorrow. I was pretty sure that the dealer would have to re-set it.

Also, engine is the 5.3 H5. Mis-stated it on the original post.
