Changing rudder and drive shaft on 2007 SV-211

First time user, looking to get some advice on changing the rudder, drive shaft, and strut on 2007 SV-211. Hit a log under water and it sheared off my rudder, broke one blade off of prop and bent others, and bent strut. I have sourced all of the needed parts and had a question on a couple of items:
    1. in order to change the rudder, do you have to remove one of the factory tanks from either the port side or starboard side and the engine partition? Is either side better than the other if so?
    2. Can I get to the strut bolts by removing the above?
    3. Assuming alignment is good, do you put the prop on the drive shaft and block it in order to draw up the coupler on the shaft?
    4. Is there a service center near Baton Rouge, LA that could give me an estimate?

    Any other tips
    Thanks,
    Quinn

When I replaced my rudder I removed starboard side but that it because I thought that it would be easier because my batteries are on the port side.
