Hey guys!!
I have just dropped my new engine in my 80 SN and am trying to figure out that two previous owners plumbing.
Is there a certain flow direction for the oil cooler.
My thinking is that I go from the pickup in the bottom of the boat to the oil cooler out to raw water pump, to thermostat and then off to each exhaust manafold.
How the hoses to the oil cooler from the tranny are situated seems odd to me. The oil cooler tends to want to be standing endo???
