Explanation marks with next to NSS icon on 2017 G23

There are explanation marks next to my NSS icon when I select starboard. Wave is definitely not the correct form; but Port (regular) side wave is awesome. I have no faults registered and nothing happens/launches with an explanation when I touch screen the explanation mark? Any ideas? Recently my quick buttons and dial is not working either. Any ideas?

Assume you have reset system by turning battery off for 10mins or so? Sounds like it may be a software update needed, fuse popped or maybe a wire is loose....either way that is something covered under warranty.
