I have a 2015 g23 I was wondering how much of a gap do you have from the prop to the strut mine was rubbing under load I start looking and the bolts were totally out on 1 back motor mount and the other side was loose. I tightened it all up and had to adjust 1 mount and align it by eye and feel. It seems all good I just have a 3/8 gap in between prop and strut... What is your Gap

The gap between the strut and the prop isn't really all that important right now. The biggest concern here is the alignment. You need to have this fixed. Once the motor to driveshaft alignment is good, the gap between the strut and prop will take care of itself.

The gap between the strut and the prop is also dependent upon the hub length of the prop. They come in various hub lengths that vary by 1/2 inch.Comment
