Coastal edition and Protection from rust review after 2 years. Corrosion X

Thought i would give a heads up on what i have found works best for corrosion after 2 years on my 2011 coastal edition in San Diego.

I bought my 2011 210 Coastal Edition boat used and noticed it had some paint lifting on one motor mount painted grey when i bought it. My OCD immediately got me researching what i could find to stop this and protect my boat long term. My Aerospace Military buddy recommended Corrosion x it is Mill Spec'ed.

So i bought a gallon and a spray bottle.

I sprayed everything down under the floor and entire motor and cables/valves.

Well after 2 years i pressured washed the entire engine bay and to my surprise everything looked perfect. brass valves looked better than when i got it, mounts looked perfect the lifted paint mount was the exact same no rust. I am sold and just wanted to pass it along to any other Coastal boat guys.

I resprayed everything, it says electrical safe also..

On to next project.

Corrosion x is what all the salt water fishermen use to clean/protect their reels.

It can also be used to waterproof electronics. I use it on my RC boat speed controllers and receivers. Allows them to keep running even when submerged under water.

it is a great product, but is $$$$$$.
