07 220 perfect pass settings

Guys, my 07 220 with the 330 Excalibur engine and has the factory ballast with 750 bags in each locker on top of the hard tanks and a 625lb bag in the walk way. I also have the mission delta wake gate. Here is my question. For some reason the boat takes forever to form the wake now. I am thinking the KDW/NN settings are off. What are any of you running for this setting? Also say I have it set for 10.3 it will fluctuate roughly 2 mph back and forth.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
