Humming (or buzzing) noise from 2017 Nautique GS20 ZR4 PCM engine at 3150rpm

Hello, I got my GS20 2 months ago and it's keeps doing a high frequency humming (or buzzing) noise around 3150rpm. I recorded the following 2 videos. My dealer told me to try to remove the air filter and it did the same sound but maybe a little less.

Have any of you heard about this?

My dealer said he would contact PCM but no reply yet...
