    Shaking on take off?

I have a 2005 Super Air 210, with 360hrs. Ok, here is what is going on. When taking off under full throttle the boats has a very strong vibration, but once up on plain everything is smooth as can be. What could be the problem?

Another problem i have is with the Perfect Pass, but will wait to post that question after doing some more info on it.

    Thanks for the help!

    Sounds like the propellor...

If the prop has a ding in it, it will vibrate like mad under load and smooth out as the boat gets on the plane.

This has happened to us a few times

PS : Inspect the prop closely, the SLIGHTEST fold or bend from its original shape can cause this scenario

          A. Prop--make sure it's totally seated and on tight.

          B. Prop--take it off and put another one on to see if vibration goes away.

          C. Strut bushing. Make sure the prop shaft is secure in the strut. If there is movement up and down or left/right, you will get some vibration. If that is it, replace the entire strut. It's easier and cheaper in the long run than replacing the bushing.

          D. Check shaft alignment. If out of align look to your owner's manual for instructions on alignment.
