See attached PDF. I think it is right here on the Zr6. Probably will have to take dividers out.

Probably cant get it there. Can you see that picture I attached? Its more right in the middle of the motor on the starboard side underneath your exhaust manifolds and spark plugs.2006 SV 211 (Sold)

Yep your right, many thanks!!! Too many hoses and components in the way and too far back. I guess the only way is from the side but the exhaust manifold seems in the way.
I just want to disable the switch not remove/replace it. If I only kmew where the wiring goes I could clip it or remove it at the harmess.

I think the Oil Pressure Switch is faulty and causing the boat to go into what I think is limp mode. So I wanted to disable it and see.
Here is our issue:
- everytime we start the boat the Check Engine Light (CEL) is on and omce we warm up and run at top speed it flickers and eventually goes off, is this normal?
- then more times then not when we pull around to pick up rider and go slow and then into neutral when I give it full throttle is just goes into idle speed (just enough to get back to dock) Is this Limp Mode? It is not reduced speed but very low idle speed lile a car
- I believe the CEL is on pr flickering again when this occurs, need to confirm
What do you think? My thought is that the flickering CEL is due to faulty oil pressure switch and getting upnat full speed increases pressure enough to turn it off but at slow speed/neutral it kicks in again and triggers Limp Mode.....as it is internittent I am thinking faulty switch.
Thoughts?

Are you sure it is the check engine light or is it the little light that says Something to the effect of "Do not operate over a certain RPM if the light is still on? "2006 SV 211 (Sold)

The smaller light is your v drive. Probably low on oil. I bet if you fill it up it will quit coming on. I think its SAE 30 oil but check your manual. You can access that at the hatch in your floor where the plug is. Nothing to do with your engine oil pressure. It might need the bolts tightened on the bottom to keep it from leaking. Mine did the same thing and thats all it needed. Worst case you need a new gasket on the bottom.2006 SV 211 (Sold)

What year is your boat? read above. That small light means you have low oil pressure in your v drive. Check the dip stick, and if its low, Fill it up with SAE 30 oil and see if it goes out.
Also perfect pass can make it do things like that if not working properly.2006 SV 211 (Sold)
