PCM GT40 compression test.

Hey guys, I am considering buying 2001 SAN with PCM GT40. The boat is super clean (both hull and interior) and I am only concerned about the engine. Gauges were replaced and current Faria gauges show about 350 hours. The seller is an origin owner and and he claiming that both has about 750 hours or so. He showed me some records and latest record is from 2017 when tune up was done and compression test was performed. Here are the numbers:

145 150
135 140
135 145
145 145

I am concerned about 135s, and especially difference between 150 and 135. Are these numbers OK? I really like the boat, but not sure what to do next. Thanks in advance!

The 135 may be a bit low. You're just barely outside of the 10% variance guide. If I was looking at this one, I would use that as a bargaining point and then just use it until additional symptoms appear, which may never happen.

What's the oil pressure at idle?

I think oil pressure at idle was around 38-40, and it did tick up to like 45 with more RPM. Is that normal?
