Hi people,
i have a 2006 210 team with a 5.7lt pcm excalibur. I noticed that my temp gauge was not operating. So I removed the plug from the temp sender and earthed out the yellow wire. The temp gauge moved the needle which tells me that my wiring and gauge is all good.
I then changed the old temperature sensor/sender with a new one. Everything works great.
I decided to remove the plug from the temp sensor/sender to make an adjustment forgetting that the ignition was on. Now I have an alarm on dash tacho that reads COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR CALL DEALER.
I can clear the alarm by pressing the up and down arrows on the dash but alarm return within 1 minute.
Can anyone please help me on how to remove the alarm.
cheers
