Looking for gel coat and custom cover assistance in NW FL

I have an '85 2001 that I've been restoring. The inside is pretty much complete but the exterior is in rough shape cosmetically. I think it needs wet sanding at a minimum. Does anyone in the southeast do gel coat (or Nautique specifically) restoration? I'd like to keep the graphics if possible.
I'm also looking for recommendations on custom boat covers - I have an aftermarket tower on my boat that would need to be worked around. My last cover I had made locally but that gentlemen no longer works.
Any input / opinions to each if these is much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Jody has been instrumental in getting my boat to where it is now (repowered, carpeted, etc) but I'm looking for a dedicated gel coat specialist.
