G21 rear cooler and cover

Curious if anyone else had had issues with these two things. Overall the boat has been great-

1)I had the rear cooler under the step fall off and into the engine compartment.

2)And the black cover bled onto the white upholstery and turned it a little red on the two back doors next to the engine.

Did the cover bleed onto the white or do you have vinyl pinking? https://gestaltscientific.com/overview/

It isn’t blotchy like that picture, but maybe that’ll work.
