    2007 ZR6 "loading" up

Have a 2007 SANTE with the ZR6. Have noticed that at full ballast and surfing for about 30mins to an hour the boat seems to almost load up. Has a strong fuel smell from the exhaust and will not do over 10 mph. seems to sometimes clear itself out if you stop and put in neutral and rev it a few times. Fuel Filter? Air flow sensor? ideas?

Bad plugs and or wires can cause a miss, especially under load. A miss will make it run rough and create an unburned fuel smell from the exhaust. How many hours since the spark plugs and or wires were changed?
I had an intermittent miss in my ZR6 and it was a burned ceramic insulator in the coil end of the # 1 wire. Only had about 275 hours on the original sets. I replaced the wires and plugs. What a difference.
I am assuming you have serviced your FCC and fuel filter.
