Stern cushion hinges - 2003 Air Nautique 216

Ordered some new hinges for the stern bat wing cushions as a garage accident and years of service have bent the old ones. New looks identical to the old ones, same size, holes, length, width, everything. New hinges won't let the cushions all the way down as hinge hits the fiberglass as it folds. I am sure this is an easy fix, just don't know what it is. Help please.

Can you post some pictures of the issue? So they look identical but one hits the fiberglass and old ones do not? Set them side by side and see what’s different and if nothing is different make sure they go back on the same way they came off, pictures would help us help you

The boat is in storage so can't get pics of that. Here's the old beat up ones next to the new.
