Can't get it up anymore :(

    Must be an age-thing...
Never had an issue until a couple weeks ago, where it would sometimes go up, but not always. Going down; no problem.
Now: no way of getting it up. I can hear it wants to go down further, if it could.
Desperately need it to go up though!
With the rear hatch down, I can't check and fill engine oil. So yeah, the actuator is acting up.
Can't pull the bolt out where the actuator attaches to the deck, as it's pulled too tightly down.
I switched some wires around in the switch, but all that did was change the going-down from one side to the other in there. I'd now like to check the relay, but have no idea which one it is. Anyone happen to know (on a '97 Super Sport)?
Else can I change wires at the actuator/motor? If it would even only go up 1 cm I could pull the pin and open and close it by hand until it's fixed.

    Thanks!

I’ll give you a round of applause for the title and the first couple sentences. You had me laughing!

Sorry about your issue. Hear it's a common problem.

maybe tap on the actuator motor? Check the relays? Worse case unbolt it from the floor?

        Cheers guys!
Yeah relay is what I'd like to check, but wouldn't know where to find it. Happen to know which one, where?
Looked at unbolting from floor, but not possible, can't reach one of the screws.

It was a relay, switched some wires. Hatch went up. AND down too! Bad contact somewhere, probably. Will order 2 new ones though.
