Hey guys and girls - I'm looking to reupholster the entire boat. I've done pieces here and there over the years but so much of it is cracking now that I need to just get it all done. I have an estimate of $3500 with piping and $3100 without. I am curious what others might have paid for this in the past. I've attached a pic of what my interior is like to give you an idea. Thanks!

That sounds like a pretty reasonable number if they are reputable. Its a lot of work to redo an entire boat. I would do piping as well.
Just a thot, you may wanna think about adding a step into the back seat while you are re-doing the vinyl. I did that last summer on mine and its one of the best upgrades I have done. Keeps people from stepping on the seat when getting up to transom, stepping on the back seat pulls the seams/stitching apart over time.

I just paid $4,750 for my boat in Columbus Ohio, limited options, and I did it right before memorial day, so I paid a premium. I bought the boat in April so I didn't have much in terms of "planning it out time" Turned out pretty good though.

Looks good. Lots of work there. That vinyl work is a real PITA.
