Location of depth finder display guage?

I had my dealer install an aftermarket depth finder for me (hummingbird I think), it works great (past 6 months) but they put it just to the left of the ballast tank switches (e.g. under the throttle)...so it's a real pain for me to see it.

I did not know where they would put it, so I guess I'm to blame for not talking about that - I just assumed in plain sight.

So - I was just curious where you all have gotten them installed and if you have to lean over and look down to see it.

HWC put mine to the left on the dash.

I only assume they did it, but the factory could have.

Either way, they can move it and put a less used gauge down there.
