Any Nautique 200 owners out there that have had blower issues? I have had my blower circuit breaker go out three times now... each time replaced, diode replaced, updated firmware, etc,... at dealer... did it again today....

I’m hoping I found the issue with the blower. There is a PDM update rev#42 that was a nuisance fix, apparently the current thresholds set where too sensitive so they had to adjust them up, issues with blowers, bilge, etc... The latest PDM is rev #45, when I checked my version it was rev#34.. even though it is a 2018 I suspect that since it was a promo boat that it came right from factory SW loudout and never got updated? I did ask the dealer when I picked it up last Nov 2018 to make sure all the sw was up to date... asked again after first warranty repair Dec-Jan 2019... they said “yep, all the latest sw updates...” hmmmm??? I didn’t think they even checked, how could Nautique be at rev#45 and my boat is still at rev#34 when they checked it twice...?? Anyways, going to another dealer this weekend for the PDM update, hope it fixes the issue.

I had similar issue with both bilge pumps being on same circuit. The bilge pumps would go on and circuit would blow. And then I went from 2 pumps to 0, which actually really bothered me cause when you need them to work. Guess what. You really need them to work.
So I just added a breaker to the panel and moved one bilge pump to my new breaker. Never had a problem again.
The point is that the pdm have too low of amp program for the fault to go off. If you move to a new circuit you can control the amps with a breaker of your choice.

Thanks, that’s an excellent idea. I’m gonna recommend that to the service rep tomorrow morning. They have already replaced the blower twice, replaced an in-line diode, and updated the PDM sw... I think going with it’s own breaker is brilliant.. it’s just a 12v switch to a fan...

They should easily be able to do this and still allow for use of current blower button on the keypad. The hot wire from behind the keypad for the fan just gets wired to the new breaker.
It's a nice little pop out resetable breaker.
