93 Nautique Holley carb leaking fuel

Hey guys, we just fired up our 93 nautique for the first time of the season after sitting since last August. We found fuel leaking immediately on the top of the primary fuel bowl. Is this a pressure release valve of some sort. Any thoughts??? Thanks.

Time for a rebuild. No leak is a good leak. 26 years is a good run.

The automotive Holley's have a adjustable float on the top of the fuel bowl . The marine carbs have a plug covering the hole . If its leaking from that plug you will need a float bowl as well as a rebuild kit.
