Ladies and Gentlemen... We got him !!! Took me 3 years but I accidentally found it while working on the boat in the drive way.
It's located in the wire loom under the front starboard seat. Bad news is the sensor after laying around for 3 years is also not working lol..
I ended up emailing the factory a while back and they mentioned it was under the dash as well, but the guy working on my boat that day most have had different thoughts :-)
